The Fast With Qilo Challenge is a 21 day 16/8 intermediate fast challenge that will begin on the 6th of June 2022. This challenge is designed with all the ingredients you need to embark on the journey of building the lifestyle your body truly deserves.
With 16:8 intermittent fasting, you will be restricting all your eating to fit within an 8 hour window daily and fast for the remaining 16 hours.
Intermittent fasting has proven to deliver high success rates for weight management and has a lot of other benefits like longevity, improved insulin sensitivity and improved blood sugar control.
But will I starve?
No! During your 8 hour eating window, you will be eating full healthy portions of wholesome, high nutrient meals, with a good percentage of protein, to keep you fuller for longer.

The #qilosoff challenge was a 21 day challenge held from the 4th to 25th of April 2022 and we received a lot of great testimonials, with participants losing between 3kg to 5.5kg and up to 4 inches in waist circumference, in addition to a lot of non scale victories.
