Qilo is a health and weight loss solution designed for Africans. Our approach to weight management follows a science-backed pattern that helps you lose weight, improve overall health outcomes like heart health, and diabetes risk factors—and keep it off!

Unlike many mainstream weight loss solutions, we provide you with a personalized approach to weight care that is based on your lifestyle, physiology, and body metabolism.

The program is open to people who are 18 years of age or older and have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 21.

The program is delivered online, so you can log in from any location without having to travel. Some features of the program are available through our website and others via a special web platform.

While we recognize that everyone is different and some people will need more or less time to make healthy lifestyle changes, no one can say categorically how long it takes without understanding a person's individual needs.

But never to worry, we will be here to provide you with all the support you need.

All our health coaches are registered doctors, nutritionists and fitness experts—and they hold university-accredited degrees in these fields. This makes us unique from other weight loss programs where health coaches often have limited or nonprofessional qualifications

Since health coaches are a valuable resource in our program, we encourage you to make full use of your health coach throughout the course.

All medications prescribed by our doctors are approved by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC). Before any prescription is made, our doctors first get your medical history and ensure it is safe for you.

Absolutely! By improving your underlying metabolic health, you will also improve your general health. We will monitor your metabolic health, and we can coordinate care with your primary-care provider.

While we are not a replacement for those providers or their treatment plans, the metabolic health changes that you make through Qilo often have far-reaching positive effects on other conditions. For instance:
