About the Challenge
It takes 21 days to build a habit, but in reality it takes more than that to build healthy lifestyle habits. It requires knowledge, commitment, and a system that offers the structure and support you need to build sustainable habits that will yield long term results.
Inspired from the mind blowing testimonials from our last two challenges, the Qilosoff Challenge and the Fast With Qilo Challenge, we bring to you the 30 Step up with Qilo challenge.
The Step Up with Qilo Challenge is a 30 day walking challenge that will begin on the 1st of November 2022. At the core of this challenge is one of the pillars of metabolic health, movement. For the 30 days, each day will have a particular step goal each partcipant must meet.
Walking is an often overlooked but highly effective form of movement. Walking is great for burning calories, improves heart health, strengthens bones and improves mood.
